The journal is published by federal state university "South Ural State University" (national searching university), Faculty of Architecture.                                                               

The aim of the journal is to widen the possibilities and stimulate publication of the result of scientific research in the field of architecture, urbanism and design on the basis of modern information technologies using electronic resources.

The Editorial Board believes that researchers should have a real opportunity of access to the information resources of the given branches of knowledge. For this reason the journal includes conceptual section devoted to urgent problems of formation the architecture of civil and industrial buildings and their reconstruction and revitalization, urban ecology and ecological architecture, theory and history of architecture, urbanism and design, architectural and building technologies and materials. The journal deals with modern problems of architectural space design and landscape architecture, computer-aided design, graphic and industrial design, energy saving technologies and innovative educational programmes.

The journal has a free access for scientific articles of Russian and foreign scientists, young researchers. Hope that original ideas and innovative solutions in the field of architecture, urbanism and design having international importance will appear.
